Years of building things in Indonesia.

Not consulting from the sidelines. Not managing from a distance. Actually building — real estate, hospitality, expedition tourism — across one of the world’s most complex and rewarding markets.

Two people.
One complete picture

I build businesses in Indonesia together with my husband, Adam Piotrowski — who has spent fifteen years inside this market. Not as a consultant. Not visiting quarterly. Actually here, on the ground, building relationships and navigating a system that takes years to properly understand.

I bring what makes it structurally sound: operations, legal architecture, investor documentation, compliance, and the commercial rigour that comes from fifteen years across international law firms, Samsung, and Google.

Indonesia rewards people who get both sides right. Most foreign ventures fail on one — either they can’t navigate the local environment, or they can’t structure what they build in a way that holds up. We’ve built both, from scratch, over a long time.

Our
Ventures

Three businesses built over fifteen years, across real estate development, expedition tourism, and hospitality. Different sectors — the same operating discipline in one of Asia’s most complex markets.

New Life Bali

New Life Bali is our primary development vehicle — delivering residential villa projects, boutique hospitality developments, and investor-led real estate across Bali and the wider Indonesian archipelago.

We have completed dozens of villa projects and several hotel developments across multiple Indonesian islands, alongside infrastructure projects at government scale in Java and Kalimantan.

Far Horizon

Far Horizon is our premium expedition tourism operation — specialising in high-end, off-the-beaten-path travel experiences across Indonesia and the wider Asia-Pacific region.

Over fifteen years, Far Horizon has served thousands of clients, including over thirty deep-field expeditions into remote Papua — among the last places on earth where communities live entirely outside the modern world.

Mentara Investment Group

We are currently developing a premium land and hospitality project in one of Southeast Asia’s last genuinely undiscovered destinations — combining structured property investment with world-class natural assets.

The project applies everything we have built across real estate, tourism, and local market navigation over fifteen years — in a location where timing and on-the-ground knowledge matter enormously.
