A LEGAL CAREER. A BURNOUT. AND EVERYTHING THAT CAME AFTER.
Hi,
I’m Ewa, I spent over 15 years in the legal world — climbing from a small local firm in Poland to international law offices, a demanding role at Samsung, and later, legal counsel at Google. From the outside, it all looked right. On paper, it was a “successful” career. But something didn’t sit right.
The pressure was constant.
And eventually, it caught up with me.
At Samsung, I learned how to navigate a fast, demanding corporate culture. Working in a Korean sales company is no joke — everything moves quickly, expectations are high, and clarity is rare. I learned to move fast, think commercially, and lead without much guidance. I also learned what happens when you ignore your limits. After four years, I was done. Burned out. I stopped working altogether for almost a year.
When I Returned, I did What I Thought Was the “Smart Move.”
I joined Google. The environment was more global, more modern, and filled with incredibly bright people. I was proud to be there. And yet… I still felt disconnected. I stayed for 2.5 years, then made the scariest decision of my life: I quit. I left behind the corporate world, the predictability, and the job title — and I moved to Bali.
A Blank Slate.
A Different Life.
Since then, I’ve built something of my own.
Together with my husband, I run a few businesses in Bali. We develop real estate projects, support investors, and work on creative initiatives.
But more than that, I’ve built space to use everything I’ve learned — in law, in business, and in life — to help others who are facing turning points of their own.

What I do Now
I mentor lawyers who are ambitious, thoughtful, and maybe… Tired.
Tired of chasing the next promotion. Tired of being the one who always holds it together.
Tired of wondering, “Is this really it?”
Reconnect with their own direction
Communicate with confidence and clarity
And for some — redesign the legal businesses they’re building
Make decisions from a grounded, strategic place
I work only with corporate lawyers and legal professionals supporting businesses.
That’s the world I understand — and the one I’m here to serve.

This is the work that matters to me.
Let’s Talk
I don’t believe in quick fixes.
But I do believe in asking better questions, slowing down just enough to listen, and choosing something more aligned — even if it feels uncertain.
If you’re ready to explore what that could look like for you…
